Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13 years old.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that cheat, exploit bugs for advantage, harass other players, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Fair play

Online play depends on everyone using the game as intended. The following are not allowed:

• —Automating play with bots or scripts in ranked modes
• —Modifying the client or intercepting network traffic to gain advantage
• —Deliberately disconnecting to avoid a loss, or queue manipulation of any kind
• —Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse in any in-game channel

Our content

Our games, artwork, logos, and code are owned by StumpFox Games LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to play our games for your own entertainment.

Content you create

You may record, stream, and monetise gameplay footage from our games on any platform, including sponsored content. You do not need written permission and we will not issue content claims against gameplay footage.

What you may not do is imply an official partnership or endorsement we have not agreed to, redistribute our assets as a standalone download, or use our trademarks in a way that suggests your project is ours.

Short version: make videos about our games freely. Just don't claim to be us.

Purchases

Purchases made through Steam, the App Store, Google Play, or another store are governed by that store's terms, and refunds are handled under their policy. Where we sell directly, our refund terms are presented at checkout.

Service availability

Online services depend on servers, networks, and third parties, and we cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice before shutting down a service where we can.

Games in early access are, by definition, unfinished. Rules, balance, and features will change.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site before taking effect, and continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
