Announcing Hexfall
A tactics roguelike where every floor of the tower rewrites the rules you just learned. Targeting Q3 2026.

Hexfall is the second game we have taken past prototype, and it comes from a question we kept asking while building Fortress: what if the rules changed under you mid-game?
The tower
You descend through floors of a collapsing hex tower. Each floor draws a modifier — hexes that burn, gravity that drags pieces toward the centre, enemies that reinforce off your formation instead of their own.
You bring four units down. You do not get more. Wounds persist between floors.
Why a roguelike
Fortress is a game you get better at over months. Hexfall is a game you get better at over an afternoon, and then it changes the rules and you get worse again. They scratch genuinely different itches, and building both has made each one sharper.
